I don’t know about you, but I hate sweating. I hate it. Stinking, wet, sticky… Yuck. Or at least I used to think so. I found this quote on Pinterest and reposted it in my Workout and Body Image file, but it had a curse word in its commentary, so I redid the graphic for this blog. When I had my second child, I gained 80 lbs. 80. I lost 40 without a problem in just under 3 weeks. After that, I had to work. The first 25 came off through breastfeeding and chasing my two year old around. The rest was determined to stay. I found a trainer and have been working out twice a week for three months and am happy to say that I am only Kate Plus 10 since I got pregnant now. I will keep working out, and building muscle, and learning to love to sweat. I still don’t like it, but I love how I feel after I am finished and showered up. I know that the next thing I have to do is change the way I eat to make more healthy choices… But for now, I will smile because my fat is crying as it leaves my body. It means I’m working hard, my body is healthy, and I am pushing myself. Cry on little fat cells. You. Are. Out of here.
