Last week, I posted about using a turkey for a full week of meals. One of the meals that I suggested was bbq turkey pizza. Here’s how I made it. I got a two pack of Boboli pizza crusts, 1 bottle of KC Masterpiece, 2 cups of four finely shredded Italian cheeses (one bag), and took some of my leftover turkey.

Step 1: Remove Bobolis from packaging. (It really is this easy.)

Step 2: Slather KC Masterpiece onto both crusts. Spread it with either the back of the spoon or a grilling brush. I only used 2/3 of the bottle. To be honest, it was the one already open in my fridge. I replaced it after we were done with a fresh bottle.

Step 3: Cover the bbq sauce with hand shredded turkey leftovers. Cover it completely.

Step 4: Put half of the cheese on top of each of the pizzas.  Try to cover the turkey as much as possible.

Step 5: Back at 325 for 15 minutes. (Watch them. If they look pizza-ish before then, pull them.)

This was a delicious meal for all of us. We actually argued over the leftovers! It was spicy though, so be ready with a glass of milk or other beverage! When we do this again, I plan on adding sliced bell peppers and onions to it. Just for something extra.  If you’re really adventurous, make your own crust too!
