Have you ever noticed that it gets crowded in the shower? I don’t know what you were thinking (Naughty! I am SHOCKED!), but I’m actually talking about trying to fit in your shower with all of your gear! Bottles, poofies, masks, sprays… It just gets to be a lot. Do what’s a person to do? Get a shower organizer! In our last house, we had a pretty model that stood in the corner on a pressure rod from the floor to the ceiling. It had three pretty baskets and was awesome. We brought it to this house, but the shower stall we have doesn’t have any straight corners. All of them have “seats”. Great. Now what. After a trip to Target, we came home with an over-the-shower style model that we thought would be perfect. It was ok for a little while, but finally I told my husband that I felt cramped. I am 5′ 9″, and he’s 6′. Our shower is not on the scale of a mansion. It’s a pretty tight squeeze. So what are we supposed to do?! Well, I got creative. I bought a “robe hook” from Lowes and installed it in the shower on the wall OPPOSITE the shower head. Then, I moved the organizer over there. Now I have much more room to maneuver under the water because the organizer has been relocated. We are renters, but we also may install a curved shower rod in our master bedroom. Those puppies just make a shower a much more luxurious experience! We had one in our house two houses ago, and it made a world of difference. In this house, the stall is wide enough, but it just may be worth doing for a little extra space.

Anyone else have ideas on improving small shower stalls for greater living?
