If you’re looking for a super duper tasty, and very healthy salad for the spring and summertime? Look no further! Ms. Jenna Taliaferro guest photographed one of the tastiest salads ever! Check it out!!

This past weekend I attended a party at a friend’s house where someone served an amazing salad. I came home with designs for writing a Tasty Tuesday on an attempt to replicate it. When I checked my Facebook news feed, a different friend had posted nearly the exact same salad! Jenna (the post friend) is an amazing photographer. Knowing this, I asked her to take a few shots of her salad for my Tasty Tuesday and will include HER ingredients. They mirror the other ones, so I figure why reinvent the wheel? Don’t you just start to drool when you even look at these pictures? I do. After I put this up, I’m headed to the store because I want to make some Taliaferro Tossed Salad tomorrow! (If this isn’t a Taliaferro original, that’s where it came from for ME so that’s what I’m calling it. If you know a different resource that I should site, let me know.)

In her salad, Jenna included Blush Wine Vinaigrette dressing, strawberries, feta, walnuts, and blueberries. The one I had at the party used baby spinach. I got a really good dried cranberry pecan mix at Costco today that I will trade for the walnuts in mine this week. Yum.E.

Anyone else have a fantabulous salad? This girl is tryin’ to drop some weight, and would love more ideas on pleasing my palette without packing on pounds (like the alliteration?).
