I am NOT a fan of white chocolate in general. I find it too sweet. But this recipe is KILLER. My friend Diane blessed me with a tin of this stuff, and my family loved it! SO good. Just in case anyone was looking for something great to make. It would also be great for other occasions :)! Diane was kind enough to type up the recipe and gift it along with the tin! Here is what she gave to us (my MOPS table of moms!):

1 Package (10 oz) mini twist pretzels (I think the package is 16 oz, so I use a little over half of the package)
4 cups Cheerios
4 Cups Checks (Corn or Rice)
2 cups salted peanuts
1 12.6 oz package of seasonally colored M & Ms

Combine the above in a large bowl

2 12 oz Packages vanilla/white chocolate chips
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the vanilla chips and oil. Heat on medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring once. Continue to microwave and stir for 30 seconds at a time until chips are melted and smooth. You may have to adjust these times according to the power of your microwave.

Pour melted mixture over cereal mixture and mix gently, but thoroughly.

Spread onto wax paper-lined counter or cookie sheets. Separate with a fork. Break apart when cool if required. Store in an airtight container.
